The 3M™ Speedglas™ G5-01 Heavy-Duty Welding Helmet Upgrade Kit allows existing 3M™ Adflo™ Welding PAPR users to economically upgrade their welding helmet to new Speedglas™ G5-01 technology. The Speedglas G5-01 upgrade kit includes the Speedglas G5-01 flip-up helmet with the new G5-01 TrueView / Variable Colour auto-darkening welding filter which connects to your existing Adflo respirator hose.

The Speedglas G5-01 welding helmet has a removable flip up front which reveals a clear grinding visor beneath for seamless transition between welding and grinding. Speedglas True-View technology allows you to see your welds with more colour and contrast and new Variable Colour technology allows you to determine which colour tone provides the best viewing contrast for your welds. By upgrading to the new Speedglas G5-01 head top you’ll also benefit from airflow control, extra large clear visor, new G5-01 head harness, task light, extra protection options and our largest welding lens ever!
