40 x MIG Nozzle / Shroud MB15 Cylindrical – Binzel Style

The Binzel MB15 straight MIG gas shroud does more than you might think, the MB15 gas shroud helps ensure you make consistent good welds without porosity by directing your expensive shielding gas around the weld pool expelling the surrounding air and preventing the oxygen from affecting the fusion weld pool.  Binzel MB 15 gas shrouds may cost slightly more but you know they fit correctly, don’t fall off, and can be easily removed and replaced when cleaning is required.  The straight gas shroud is used when higher gas flows are required, perhaps due to external influences where the shielding gas is being moved away from protecting the weld.
