SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL is a clear semi-synthetic coolant concentrate used for machining and grinding ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This product is non-ionic and is compatible with most waste treatment systems.

Use Recommendations

It is low foaming and the neutral pine additive provides excellent and safe bio-resistance for long life in both individual sumps and large central systems. When diluted with potable water this product forms a semi translucent pink micro emulsion that extends tool life whilst protecting machines and parts from corrosion without depositing tacky or overly slippery residues. Unlike most soluble oils the emulsion droplets are smaller than the wavelengths of light and as such are more stable and robust. This metalworking fluid provides an economical solution to high fluid usage and waste by eliminating frequent system recharges, high make-up rates and excessive use of costly tank side additives.
